The Legend of Zelda: Phantom Hourglass (ゼ ル ダ の 伝 説 夢幻 の の 時 計, Zeruda no Densetsu Mugen no Sunadokei?), Is the fourteenth installment in the Zelda saga, released for the Nintendo DS console in Japan on June 23, 2007, in North America on October 1, 2007, in Australia on October 11, 2007, and in Europe on October 19, 2007. Phantom Hourglass is a direct sequel to The Legend of Zelda: The Wind Waker. It features 3D graphics with a 2D aerial camera perspective, and is played with several features of the DS's controls, including the touch screen and microphone. Although Phantom Hourglass is not the first installment of the saga to include a multiplayer mode, it is the first in which the Nintendo Wi-Fi Connection can be used. The direct sequel to this game is The Legend of Zelda: Spirit Tracks.
